We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved fur baby, Kasper, and have him put to sleep. It was one of the most difficult decisions we have ever had to make, but Bee and her team made the entire process so much easier than we could have imagined. From our very first contact, Bee and her team were kind, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. They were easy to reach whenever we had questions and guided us through every step with genuine care and understanding. During such an emotional and painful time, their professionalism and empathy made all the difference. Every member of the team we encountered treated both us and Kasper with the utmost respect, kindness, and compassion. They truly cared, and that was evident in everything they did. Knowing that Kasper was in such caring hands brought us a great deal of comfort. We are so grateful for the thoughtful touches, especially the nose and paw print, which we will treasure forever. Our little Poppy instantly loved Bee, she was drawn to her as soon as she walked into our living room. Bee talked us through every step and reassured us throughout the whole process. Poppy passed so peacefully. She didn't panic, she never felt pain. Bee explained that the opioids she gave Poppy will help her drift into a deep sleep, give her lovely dreams and she will be a puppy again. It gave us such comfort and still does. It was truly the most beautiful passing. As heartbroken as we are, knowing that she left this world in my arms, in the comfort of her home with no stress, means everything. Bee even made sure I took photos of her paw and nose to get prints from them. Thank you so much for giving Poppy the kindness she deserved. I contacted the loving vet (bee & jordan) when it was time to ket our okd lady go over to the rainbow bridge x From the very first contact Jordan was so caring and explained everything regarding what to expect, pricing etc. And what time and day i woukd like to book in . Once booked in i received a confirmation message to say it was confirmed. On the day I recieved a message to say Bee was on her way and an eta. When Bee arrived she got to know my old lady first and again explained everything to us. Not once did we feel rushed through the whole time and everything was done with so much love and care. After the procedure Bee laid our dog out in a beautiful basket , with candles and flowers which was very respectful and had a lovely space in the car fir her to rest. Again we were never rushed to say our final goodbyes. After they left we later received paw and nose prints and a lovely poem . Bee was so lovely and caring towards me and my partner while we had to say goodbye to our loving Cat. Asking questions on all the good moments and memories, she passed peacefully in my arms. Bee adds something very special and Jordan is amazingly helpful and considerate. Between them they made of having to say farewell to our much loved dog, Crazy George, who passed peacefully in my arms with tail wagging. We knew our Wilson was ill, and he was gradually coming to the end of his life. We didn’t want him to suffer, but we didn’t want to euthanise him unnecessarily, as he kept bouncing back. The last two days he deteriorated quickly and I was messaging Jordan for advice and he responded promptly and compassionately every time. In the end, I’m so grateful that Bee could come out at such short notice and assist Wilson in his peaceful passing. Bee was an absolutely lovely person. She was caring, compassionate and talked us through step by step what she was doing and what to expect. Couldn’t have asked for a better send off for our Wilson.
