We can’t thank Bee enough for the care and compassion she showed us when she came to help our elderly dog cross the rainbow bridge.
From the moment Bee arrived, she was incredibly kind, gentle and empathetic. She understood just how heartbreaking the situation was for us and gave us the time, reassurance and support we needed without ever making us feel rushed.
Saying goodbye to a much-loved family member is one of the hardest things anyone can go through, but Bee made the most awful time in our lives a little easier. She treated our dog with such dignity, love and respect, and she was there for us emotionally as well as professionally.
Bee truly went above and beyond, and we will always be grateful that she was the person who helped us through such a heartbreaking goodbye. ❤️

When the time came to say goodbye to our precious boy, we knew we wanted it to be home. We wanted to keep him stress free and for him to be surrounded with love and safety in his own environment. Bee was there for us when we needed her most, she talked us through everything and listened to everything that we said. She treated Buster with such care and dignity and made his final moments with us peaceful. Bee was amazing, very caring and gentle whilst we were going through such a difficult time saying goodbye to our much loved 14 year old Labrador. We couldn’t have hoped for anyone better, she took her time and allowed us to take our time saying goodbye. When the time came to say goodbye to our beautiful dog Mendel, Bee and Jordan gave us the support and guidance we had not been able to get from our own veterinary practice. They replied straight away on WhatsApp, gave us advice while we were still deciding, and were able to come to our home within 24 hours of our decision. Bee could have come sooner had we needed it.

Bee explained everything so gently, both beforehand and as it was happening, so nothing came as a shock. Nothing was rushed. We had plenty of time with Mendel before he passed, and as long as we needed afterwards to say our final goodbyes. Mendel was comfortable with her instantly, which says everything about how gentle she is.

What we will remember most is how much she cares. She understands the guilt that comes with this decision, and she reassured us that we know our dog and that we were doing the right thing for him. That meant more than we can say.

Mendel was a big lad, and Bee brought help so he could be carried with care. He was laid in a beautiful basket to be taken away. She arranged his cremation and returned his ashes to us, along with a lock of his fur and a digital nose and paw print. Jordan was so helpful over WhatsApp throughout, and the follow-up messages afterwards showed the support did not end on the day.

It was the hardest day, and Bee made it a peaceful and dignified one for our boy, at home where he was happiest. We are so grateful, and would recommend her to anyone facing the same decision.

Saying goodbye to my beautiful  Izzy today after 13 perfect years of unconditional love, was incredibly hard  but Bee was so empathetic kind and never rushed . It made an unbearable decision a beautiful experience . She went peacefully at my side where she spent nearly every day of her life . I cant thank Bee and Jordan enough for their time compassion and respect that they showed from start to finish

My boy passed away very peacefully he was not stressed.
He was in his own bed.
