Both zhirdan and Bee were so kind, caring, understanding and empathetic which is what you need when you have to face a difficult decision. No question was too silly ir tok much trouble and tge service was second to none. Our old boy went peacefully and more importantly I was at peace that I had given him the best and most peaceful send off. Rachel SmytheWe sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved Border Collie, Smokey, at 14 years old last Thursday, and I cannot speak highly enough of The Loving Vet. From start to finish, everything was handled with such kindness, dignity and compassion. Jordan, who sensitively took care of all the administration, was so sympathetic and understanding. Tony who brought Smokey’s ashes home to us beautifully presented, with the sincerest condolences and a warm hug. Every part of the service felt personal and genuinely caring. But I especially want to say something about Bee, the vet who came to our home to help Smokey pass peacefully. Bee arrived on time and immediately put us all at ease. She was gentle, warm and compassionate, and it was very clear how much she cared—not only about the animals in her care, but about the families who love them. She talked us through everything with patience and empathy, allowing us to go at our own pace rather than making us feel rushed. After Smokey passed, Bee quietly excused herself and gave us some time alone with him. When she returned, she made the most beautiful little bed for him and tucked him in lovingly, with flowers. Her professionalism, humanity and wonderfully calm manner made the hardest thing we have ever had to do just a little more bearable. It was also the little touches that meant so much. The paw prints on Bee’s top, the little paw-shaped pouch she gave us containing some of Smokey’s fur, and the digital prints of his paw and nose were all incredibly thoughtful and things we never expected. One moment in particular will stay with me. As my husband and I carried Smokey out to Bee’s car, I froze for a moment at the thought of putting him into the boot of a stranger’s car. But when I saw inside, all my apprehension disappeared. The boot was filled with beautiful flowers and softly flickering tea lights, and Smokey’s bed was ready for him. It meant so much to have that final image of our beautiful boy tucked up comfortably, surrounded by flowers, in his cozy bed, knowing that he was being looked after by someone who genuinely cared and understood what he meant to us. Knowing that Smokey’s final moments were peaceful, loving and dignified is priceless to us, and that was down to Bee. To everyone at The Loving Vet, thank you. You gave our boy the gentlest goodbye we could have wished for, and you held our family with compassion when we needed it most. We will be eternally grateful.Posted on Google

E KildayAs a family we look back on the day knowing that Belle passed so peacefully at home, handled so gently, calmly and respectfully and this gives us great comfort. Bea was very thoughtful and it was very touching how she tucked Belle in and she also prepared her car to sent on her final journey. Sonia ScowcroftBee & Jordan were so compassionate, they helped Sassy pass from this world peacefully, in the home surrounded by the people that loved her the most. Everything was explained throughout so nothing was a surprise. Sassy was gently sedated before the final injection was administered, it wasn’t rushed and we were given time to spend with her in her final moments. From the moment Bee came to our home, she was incredibly kind, gentle and understanding. She took her time, never rushed us, and supported us through every step. Her check-ins afterwards have meant so much to us too, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about the families and animals she supports. Paddy was able to pass away peacefully at home, surrounded by all of the people who loved him, and we will forever be grateful that Bee made such a heartbreaking moment as calm and peaceful as it could possibly be. The service was truly brilliant from start to finish. Bee is not only an amazing vet, but a truly compassionate and caring person. Sandra SWe gave Archie the most beautiful peaceful send off right at home where he was born and lived all his life, it was beautiful and I wish I’d have had it for my other pets. Bee was so supportive kind and gentle and very respectful. I needed her strength in that moment, she was a steady and reassuring presence. I think the service is excellent and reasonably priced.
