Last Friday we had to make the heartbreaking decision to make enquiries to have our lovely Dutch put to sleep. Jordan was very helpful, informative, and compassionate. He helped my husband arrange what was a very hard thing for us to do, a lot less stressful. Bee came to our house on Tuesday evening as arranged. Bee was lovely, kind, compassionate and empathetic. She helped make such a hard thing for us as a family to do, a lot easier. Bee talked us through everything at each stage and didn’t rush us. Everything was done when we were ready. We got what we wanted, Dutch to pass over the rainbow bridge, in his own familiar surroundings, with the people that loved him around him. Lived on Narrowboat for twelve years, then onshore for three. The time to go was right, and we emailed The Loving Vet, asking about the process, emailed back within minutes, accepted and booked for next day. Bee was lovely, Sam was asleep after two sausage rolls for his dinner, and did not know anything. Couldn't easily get my old dog to the vets when his time came, he hated the car, l would have struggled to lift him in and the vets was always a challenge for him due to fear aggression, it would have been traumatic. Also, I wanted his pack mate to understand that he'd gone so that he didn't pine. The service delivered was second to none, arranged quickly and efficiently at my convenience. The vet was calm and kind, my boy didn't get stressed at all and passed quickly and quietly, a blessing. Our baby Pepper sadly had to be put to sleep and it was a really difficult heartbreaking time to deal with especially since she was our first pet, but Bee and Jordan honestly were so extremely delicate, understanding and comforting in this extremely heartbreaking time. Bee made sure we knew everything that was going on and did everything in our own time, she was so gentle with her and even spoke softly which helped so much with the family and Pepper herself. And little Pepper went out so peacefully and quietly which is all she deserved. Putting a pet to sleep is one of the worst days of your life but with The Loving Vet it was easier to let her go knowing it’s in the most painless, kindest and caring place they could be in. Thank you Bee for doing gods work and allowing our baby Pepper to slip into her forever sleep surrounded by nothing but love and care. And thank you Jordan for being so supportive and responsive when speaking prior to the appointment, I knew she was going to be in good hands after talking to Jordan because they was so understanding and open to any questions I had and all responses were very detailed and kindhearted which was so comforting and clear. Cannot praise the loving vet bee enough, came to our home to assist our loving chocolate labrador bob on his way over the rainbow bridge to hook up with all his friend's who had previously past. Bee was superb caring kind and so aware of what we where going through i Cannot praise bee enough for looking after our bob in such a kind way, jordan who looked after the admin side was excellent guiding us every step of the way, a heart felt thanks to the loving vet. We made the difficult decision to end our 16 year old girl Tink’s suffering on Boxing Day. I messaged the WhatsApp number on The Loving Vet website and received a very quick reply even though it was Boxing Day evening. Jordan was amazing answeringuu all of my questions and helped us book a visit from Bee for the following day. We made the arrangements for Tink’s cremation too at the same time. When the time came, Bee arrived promptly and she was so caring and empathetic to our situation and informed us that we had timed ending Tink’s suffering just right. She even answered lots of questions from my nine year old daughter who wants to be a vet when she’s older. Tink passed away so peacefully, we couldn’t have wished for a more peaceful passing for her. Bee was so professional and kind throughout the whole visit and it meant so much to us all to be able to be with Tink as she passed over in her own home. And as the cremation details had already been taken care of we didn’t need to worry about that next step. Thank you Bee and Jordan for giving our girl the peaceful and dignified passing she deserved and for being there so kindly for our family.
