Really cannot get over the ease and peace of mind you brought us at this difficult time , we had to have my mums oxo put to sleep after 12 years , was a tough decision but could no longer deny he was in pain and suffering . Our beautiful elderly dog Lulu was treated with the utmost respect from Bee. We wanted Lulu to pass at home where she was used to her surroundings. Bee explained the whole procedure to us, at no point did we feel rushed. Lulu passed peacefully with dignity and compassion in the garden where she loved to spend most of her time. I recently called upon Bee and Jordan to provide an at-home euthanasia for my two beloved dogs at home. From the moment I made an enquiry, I was treated with the utmost respect and compassion at such a diffucult sad time. When Bee arrived, she explained everything clearly to me and made sure that I fully understood everything that was to take place. She gave me time to cry and to talk. There was no rush as my boys were sedated. She took so much care when clipping off a patch of fur and asked my permission every step of the way. After the euthanasia, when it was time to say my very last goodbye. Bee helped me wrap my boys and carry them with care to her car. We placed them in the car surrounded by flowers and candles - it was just beautiful. Bee covered them carefully with another blanket and tucked them in.
