I'd already looked for home euthanasia on line and my husband was hugely relieved when I told him. I chose the loving vet after reading people's experience of Bee's visit and I have to back up everything that they said. Bee is the kindest, most considerate and empathetic person you could wish for. She was gentle and caring, not just for Marley but for us as his family. Bee explained precisely what was going to happen and why she was doing it and I can only describe it as a beautiful ending for a beloved friend. Bee was incredible, compassionate and willing to wait and listen. I dont really know what else to say it was a rather last minute booking and the people I spoke to couldn't have been more accommodating. We wasn't quite sure how it would be, all we can say it was peaceful, dignified and he went surrounded by love. If anyone is in the position we were in and reading the reviews, I promise you that your furry friend is in safe hands. I chose this service as I did not want the stress of taking my dog to the vets to be put to sleep, Stevie was old and not very mobile so having it done in the comfort of his home was important to me. I was very impressed with the detail and communication I received from Jordan before and after. On the day, Bee was on time, she explained everything she was about to do and what the process would entail. She was very patient and didn’t rush us at all. Stevie was very comfortable and relaxed with her throughout the process.Afterwards, when Stevie was taken away, it was very thoughtful and he was looked after amazingly. We had him cremated and he was returned to us within a couple of days.
