When we had to say goodbye to Valentino, Bee came with compassion and care and had thought of everything. From the beginning with Jordan, there was a sense of understanding. Every step was explained and there were no surprises or moments that felt anything but completely in hand. She was very supportive and cared about our little old man as much as we did. It was very peaceful and that helped a lot in a very hard time. He was able to fall asleep and pass in my arms calmly and painlessly, exactly as I wanted. Naturally it's a really hard decision to make even when you know that it is time logically, but when she left, we agreed that it was the right time AND the right person. Highly recommend. We cannot thank Bee enough for the care, compassion, and kindness she showed when she came to our home to help our beloved Hachi pass peacefully. This was one of the hardest days we've ever faced, but Bee made the whole process as gentle, dignified, and comforting as it possibly could have been. She was incredibly caring and patient with both Hachi and ourselves, taking the time to reassure us throughout and ensuring he remained calm, comfortable, and surrounded by love in his own home. Every detail was handled with such thoughtfulness and respect. Seeing Hachi carefully prepared in his beautiful wicker basket with flowers was incredibly touching and brought us a great deal of comfort during such a difficult time. Bee's kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion made an unbearable situation much easier to cope with, and we will always be grateful for the care she showed our precious boy. I can honestly say from start to finish the service Jordan and Bee provide is outstanding despite the difficult circumstances. From the messages of support and understanding from Jordan to The way Bee approached the situation with care and compassion made all of us feel we was making the right decision for our little girl. I used The Loving Vet and honestly couldn't recommend this service more, Bee looked after my pet with such care and compassion, speaking with my children, helping with paw prints I'd bought so the children had something of my dog immediately to keep.
